Wet Chemistry Testing
Our wet chemistry laboratory offers an extensive range of inorganic analyses on a wide range of matrices including potable and raw water, soil, effluent, air and sludge samples to many businesses, industries and Local authorities to meet their legislative requirements.
Some of these tests include: BOD, COD, Suspended solids, microbiological testing, pH & conductivity and other electrometric analyses, nutrient analyses by colorimetry, gravimetric and spectrophotometric analyses.
In this area, we also carry out sample preparation for inorganic and organic analyses.
We offer drinking waters analysis according to the current EC Drinking Water regulations 2007 and also analyse soils for REPS analyses and Waste Acceptance Criteria (WAC).
We are in the process of installing our new Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) which has many advantages over our current LIMS.
This will significantly improve analysis turn around times and result in a more efficient service for our customers.
