Objectives of a waste licence :

According to the EPA a waste licence deals with emissions to all environmental media, in addition to the environmental management of the facility. All related waste operations carried on by the applicant in connection with the activity are taken into consideration in determining an application for a waste licence . The EPA must be satisfied that the activity will not cause environmental pollution when it is carried on in accordance with the conditions of a waste licence .
