
In 2007, our analytical services division knocked a further 14% off our average turnaround times for the 12 months to 31 December 2007. This was achieved through rigorous attention to customer service, further investment in new analytical technology and improvements to the way we service our customers.
Our average turnaround time for 2007 for all samples received was 9.13 working days.
This is the average time it took us to get samples received, analysed and certificates of analysis issued to, you, our customers. It is total days and includes weekends and bank holidays.
In 2008, we will improve this further with a significant investment in a new state of the art LIMS system, ensuring customers have access to results faster, with a new customer account system.
