EURO environmental services carry out BER Assessments on new and existing houses. We assess the energy efficiency of a building and calculate its contributory carbon dioxide emission rate (CDER).  BER is based on primary energy demand and the BER scale ranges from “A1” (most efficient) to “G” (least efficient).

The regulations apply to new dwellings for which planning permission was applied for on or after 1st January 2007 and existing buildings (dwellings and other buildings) when offered for sale or letting on or after 1st January 2009.

EURO environmental services employ Building Energy Rating (BER) assessors registered by Sustainable Energy Ireland (SEI).
